Discreet Plain Packaging

We make sure that all parcels come in plain packaging so that your medicines and pharmacy goods can be sent to you without anyone knowing. On the outside of the packaging, there is no brand name or logo.

How can I track my order?

From your dispatch email and your online account, you can track most orders in full. Your chosen courier will also send you an email and/or text message with tracking information. Your order will be sent out the same night that you can track it.

The courier will tell you when your package will be delivered and what day it will be.

How long will it take to get my order?

We try to ship all orders that come in before 15:00 on the same business day. Orders that come in after 15:00 or on the weekend will not be sent out until the next business day. On weekends and bank holidays, orders will not be sent out.

Estimated delivery dates are given when you check out, and the courier will give you a date and time window when the package is ready to be sent. With the tracking link in your dispatch email, you can find out where your package is.

All orders must be approved by our team of doctors and pharmacists before they can be sent out. Your checkout delivery date depends on whether or not our healthcare team approves your consultation.

Will my package fit in the mailbox?

We will try to send all small packages that can fit through your letterbox in packages that can’t be opened.

When you choose your delivery address, you will be asked to confirm that it is safe and appropriate for a package with medicines to be sent through your letterbox, if the carrier is able to do so. Do not choose this option if it is not safe to send the package through the letterbox, such as if animals or small children could get to your mail.

At checkout, we will let you know if your package is likely to fit through the letterbox.

Are there any other options for delivery?

Once your order has been sent, you will receive a link to track it. You can use this link to make the following changes to your delivery directly with the courier

USPS & Royal Mail

  • Change the date of delivery by calling USPS in United States & Royal Mail in United Kingdom.
  • Add a Safe place, a preferred neighbour, or a local Post Office or Royal Mail Customer Service Point as your new delivery location.

Do I have to sign for my package to be sent?

Mostly not required. But there may be a need to sign for deliveries of pharmacy-only or prescription medicines. At checkout, you will be told that your order needs to be signed for when it arrives.
